List Easy
Brand film · Campaign content · Social cutdowns
A product-led brand film that made listing a property feel effortless: one capture, a complete media kit, content ready for every channel.
Pain points
- Listing still meant juggling photographers, editors, and waiting, while the instruction went cold.
- Portal galleries all looked the same. Buyers, meanwhile, were living in short-form video.
- Agents had a powerful capture product, but needed a film that made the whole workflow feel obvious in thirty seconds.
Solution
Giraffe360 lets an agent capture a home once and leave with photos, tours, floor plans, video, and a listing site. The film had to sell that ease, not the spec sheet.
Campaign
I produced and edited List Easy as the campaign's hero film. The story is simple on purpose: walk in, capture, list. Cutdowns then fed Meta, LinkedIn, product pages, and always-on social so the same idea could work as a brand piece and as performance creative.
List Easy is the campaign I still point to when someone asks what video is for inside a product company. Not a feature dump. A feeling: that the old way of listing is slow, and this isn’t.
Results
- Became a flagship Giraffe360 UK campaign film, used across paid, social, and sales.
- Gave the team one master they could cut for ads, launches, and demos without reshooting the idea.
- Positioned the product as speed and craft: list easy, not list later.
